    Sunday, July 29th:

    10th Sunday after Pentecost;

  • Rev. David Burchett, Director of Youth Ministries
  • Scripture: Mark 4:35-41 (New Revised Standard Version Bible)
  • Sermon: "Hope on a Sinking Ship"
  • Our contemporary worship is a place for an organic and personal experience with music and scripture for all ages. The service includes music, prayer, scripture, preaching and monthly communion. You’ll hear songs you know from contemporary Christian artists from our praise band. We use videos and graphics to enhance the worship space in Hinton Hall, part of the Family Life Center.

    Our goal is not to perform but to enrich your worship by your participation. The children’s and youth choirs perform on a regular basis and our youth are often included in the service. All are welcome and we have a special time and place called Kids Corner to include children in our worship time to make it a full family experience.

    Come as you are, join us for a cup of coffee and receive a warm welcome and a smile.

    Children, newborn through two years of age, are eligible for group care in the Duluth First United Methodist Church nursery during the 9:30 & 11:00 a.m. worship services.
