Blood Drives are held in January, April, July, and October. Help is needed in donating blood, helping with sign-up tables, refreshment table and calling possible donors.

Prayers and Squares provides an opportunity to have prayers said and then tied onto quilts for those with a severe medical illness. Quilts are cut, sewn, tied and hung on Sundays for those who have requested a quilt. They meet the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday of the month. Contact Liz Staley at 770-271-0201.

THE PARISH NURSE
The role of the Parish Nurse was developed in response to the perceived need of many churches to address the interrelationships of faith and health by promoting “whole person health in members of their congregations”. This is by caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our members. The Parish Nurse serves on the staff of both the church and the Gwinnett Hospital System, and her role includes the following:
